"I have been a customer of Teresa Susong for a lot of years. Had not had to ever use my car insurance until last Thursday 4/2/26. Had a car pull out from a side street right in front of me. It actually happened right in front of her office. I tried to call the main State Farm line and it wouldn't go through. Had the nice officer that was on scene hold traffic for me to get to her office. Even though it was after 5pm they were still in the office. I was fo relieved that the door was unlocked. They asked if I was alright,offered me water and a seat. Got started on my claim right away. Teresa e ven went out to my car and got all my papers out of my glovebox. Even brought my big package of paper towels and cat litter back with her. During this time her husband was taking care of all the phone stuff with the Main office. Alot of places treat you like a number,but they treated me with respect and I don't have caring. Highly recommend this office. More that 5 stars if I could. Thank you so much Susongs!!!"
